Refunds/Returns Policy

Customers will have 30 days after receiving the item(s) to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the refund process, please contact us at info@molosco.com with your order confirmation email/receipt/proof of purchase and reasons for the return. 

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), if accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days. Please keep in mind that it may take a few extra days for the payment to be posted on the bank account and/or statement.

In the event that the item(s) arrive damaged or defective, we will refund all of the shipping fees, costs, and taxes associated with the purchase. However, if the damage, defect, or return reason is not attributable to our fault, only the product price and applicable taxes will be eligible for a refund, excluding the shipping cost. A paid return shipping label will still be provided for eligible and accepted refund/return requests.

Damages and Issues
Customers must report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving the order. To report an issue, please contact us at info@molosco.com and we’ll be happy to assist you and correct any issues. We may request photographic evidence or additional information to assess the damage/defect. 

Once the damaged and/or defective item(s) is reported and verified to be a result of our action, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will determine the appropriate solution:

  1. If the item is confirmed to be damaged/defective, or if the customer received the wrong item, we will offer a replacement item free of charge, subject to availability. 
  2. If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund to the original payment or provide store credit for future purchases. 
  3. 100% of the cost, taxes, and shipping charges can be refunded if the items were 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), unless they arrive damaged or defective, which must be reported within 7 days. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, certain items marked as discounted or designated as “Final Sales” are non-refundable. 

Exchanges
In the event of an exchange, we recommend initiating the return process for the purchased item(s) within the 30-day limit. Once the return request has been approved, we encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) they wish to exchange for. 

Cancellation:

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. All orders and pre-orders are eligible for cancellation up until the point of fulfillment. If you cancel your order/pre-order before it is fulfilled, a full refund of the purchase price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes will be issued. However, once the item has been marked as fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible. In such situations, please see our returns policy for more information. 


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
